Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using the FeeShield browser extension or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

FeeShield is a browser extension that intercepts cryptocurrency trade requests on supported trading platforms (currently Axiom, Uxento, and RapidLaunch) and routes them through our backend infrastructure to execute trades on the Solana blockchain with reduced or eliminated platform fees. The extension operates transparently within your browser and does not modify the user interface of supported platforms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use FeeShield. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

To use FeeShield, you must create an account using an email address or Phantom wallet. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and recovery key
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.

FeeShield requires access to your wallet credentials to execute trades on your behalf. By importing a wallet, you acknowledge that:

• You are the rightful owner of the wallet and authorized to use it
• You understand that wallet credentials are transmitted to our backend to sign and submit transactions
• FeeShield acts as your agent in executing trades, not as a custodian of your assets
• You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and understanding the risks of each trade

FeeShield intercepts trade requests and re-executes them through our infrastructure. While we aim to reduce or eliminate platform trading fees, you acknowledge that:

• Solana network fees (transaction fees, rent) still apply and are your responsibility
• Trade execution may differ in timing or price from what the original platform would have provided
• FeeShield may charge its own fees in the future, which will be clearly disclosed before implementation
• Fee savings calculations are estimates and may not reflect exact on-chain costs

FeeShield currently supports Axiom, Uxento, and RapidLaunch, with additional platforms planned. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms. Platform support may be added or removed at any time without notice. Changes to third-party platforms may temporarily or permanently affect FeeShield functionality.

You agree not to:

• Use FeeShield for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems or bots in conjunction with FeeShield beyond normal trading activity
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use FeeShield in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited

FeeShield may offer a referral program allowing you to earn rewards for referring new users. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at our discretion. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referrals or fake accounts, will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination.

The FeeShield extension, backend services, website, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by FeeShield. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
• We do not guarantee any specific fee savings or trading outcomes
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, or third-party platform changes
• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. FeeShield does not provide financial advice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FEESHIELD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO FEESHIELD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FeeShield and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeeShield operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
